Exchange/Return Policy

Our Goal is to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request an exchange or return, please note the following.

AV Hotspot would be pleased to exchange or provide a refund on most merchandise (see below for exceptions) within a period of 30 days from the date you received the parcel. We require proof of purchase for all warranty merchandise (AV Hotspot invoice)

  • A return will only be accepted on undamaged products with all original packaging, accessories and the original sales receipt. We will then exchange the product or issue a refund, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition as when purchased, a MINIMUM 15% re-stocking fee will apply. No exchanges or refund on defective merchandise 30 days after purchase date, however all products we sell have a manufacture warranty. No refund or exchange on products purchased for commercial use.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event item was offered free shipping, the original shipping charges and handling fees, for the returned item(s), will be deducted from the refund. If the item is refused and returned to AV Hotspot any return freight costs will also be deducted from the refund.
  • For an exchange/refund please email us at info@avhotspot.com once we receive your email, we will generate a RMA number and send you the RMA form to be completed and sent back with the parcel.
  • Refunds paid by credit card/PayPal will be returned in the same method payment was received. Wire Transfer payments will be refunded in the form of company check. For exchanges with a difference in value, the balance will be charged or refunded in the same method original payment was received.
  • All merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, warranty, manuals and any other merchandise or accessories provided by the manufacturer. No exchange/refund will be processed if there is anything missing.
  • Shavers, Headphones, and Bluetooth headsets can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • No returns or exchanges on returned/previously exchanged merchandise.
  • AV Hotspot reserves the right to determine whether the product is defective or not. Products with physical damage will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • For DOA (dead on arrival) merchandise please see our online warranty Policy for more information.
  • While we strive for accuracy, AV Hotspot reserves the right to make any type of changes at anytime, without prior notice; such as prices, descriptions, images, policies and so on. We are not responsible for any typing mistakes or errors. In the case of a discrepancy between store/online prices, AV Hotspot will have the right in determining the corrected price.

Warranty Policy

  • All brand new merchandise has 14 days DOA (dead on arrival) Warranty. Any defective merchandise can only be exchanged, NO REFUNDS ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. If in any case your merchandise is not working properly, please notify us within fourteen (14) days by email only. Once we receive your email, we will process a RMA number and send you the RMA form to be completed and return to us with the parcel. Please confirm with us before sending anything back. We require proof of purchase for all warranty merchandise (AV Hotspot invoice)
  • A waybill will be provided for the return of the parcel to AV Hotspot. Please note that if the product is found not be defective the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from AV Hotspot.
  • For online purchased merchandise warranty please email us at info@avhotspot.com to request for an RMA number.
  • AV Hotspot offers a 14 days DOA warranty on all new merchandise. With a one year manufacturer warranty (Depending on the manufacturer).
  • AV Hotspot merchandise warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, wear and tear, etc.
  • Once AV Hotspot technician/staff receives the parcels & confirms that the parcel is not working than an exchange will be processed. The process of an exchange will take 14-20 business days from the day AV Hotspot receives the parcel.
  • To be eligible for warranty all merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, warranty, manuals and any other merchandise or accessories provided by the manufacturer. No exchange will be processed if there is anything missing.
  • AV Hotspot reserves the right to substitute a comparable model at the current market value of the merchandise.
  • While we strive for accuracy, AV Hotspot reserves the right to make any type of changes at anytime, without prior notice; such as prices, descriptions, images, policies and so on. We are not responsible for any typing mistakes or errors. In the case of a discrepancy between store/online prices, AV Hotspot will have the right in determining the corrected price.
